        We ended up building a brand new house across the street a few months ago and decided to go to this branch to see how the customer service is because we were looking for new financial institution and notarized a title for my daughters car.... reality about this establishment hit me faster than I expected. Place was like a ghost town, finally after few minutes teller came out of nowhere and ask what I need, after explaining my needs she said : if you're not a customer we can't help you. Wow..... new bottom of customer service was discovered. We walked out. Taking business to Arvest Bank . Btw any McDonald's in north Tulsa does better than you guys.
