        Defrauded a veteran, failed to deliver to the correct address, terrible call center and rude. Could care less! Dont order from them!

        Ordered a fruit bouquet yesterday at about 2 p.m. (not sure from which location in Tulsa) for my granddaughter-in-law's birthday. Worker had a little trouble with the order but was trying his hardest to be most helpful and was very apologetic that it took a little while to complete the order over the phone. Birthday girl texted me a thank you about 4:15 p.m. that same day and said it was delivered about 30 minutes prior. She also said it was very "yummy!" Glad I made the decision to send this instead of flowers or money.

        The order was placed for next day delivery. It wasnt received until after 6 pm and I had to call several times to make sure they were even fulfilling the order as it didnt update online. Once the person received the order she stated that it was beautifully arranged but every single chocolate strawberry was rotten underneath. This was so embarrassing. What a waste of 100.00!
