I sent an arrangement to my sister and BIL (out of town) and Amanda went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered. She called the number I gave (my sister's who was out of town) and my number several times to make sure it was received. Since my BIL is partially disabled, he had ignored the ringing doorbell.

Ordered flower and fruit delivery for Valentines Day 1 week ahead of time and paid extra for delivery on Valentines Day. Wasnt informed until late at night on the day of that it wouldnt be able to be delivered. They offered a refund option or a later delivery and I accepted the refund. Only problem is I still havent received a refund over a month later despite follow up emails and calls. Do not order anything from here.

Ive ordered from here twice. Both times the order did not show up when it was supposed to with the most recent one still not being delivered. There is no customer service to speak of since Ive called 4 times about the missing order (was supposed to be delivered yesterday) and cant get anyone on the phone. When I filled out the online form I received an email saying someone would call me but they have not. Needless to say I wont order from them again.

I ordered an arrangement for delivery for my wife on valentines day. By 4pm, the progress tracker showed it hadn't even been started. I called but was unable to reach an individual. I finally just gave up and filed a dispute with my cc company. I won't ever entrust them in the future.
