Edible Arrangements

Ordered the arrangement and didnt get delivered. Called the store no response and corporate was no help. They wouldnt even give refund. Ridiculous

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered edible arrangements for a friends event. Never got delivered. Corporate was no help and the store never answered. Dont order from here!

I wish I could give them negative star.Ordered for same day delivery. It was never delivered and no one is answering the phone at the location. So sick of it!!!

Placed an order for my parents 50th wedding anniversary from the Edmond location to be delivered the day of. Not only did they fail to deliver, they did not even communicate through email, text, or phone call that delivery would not be completed. Called the store for an update, no answer so it was directed to corporate. Spoke to a rep who said store isnt answering and would have to wait 24 hours. Asked for a supervisor who came on the line after 25 mins and then said we would have to wait 24 hours because they need to hear from the store. Are you kidding me? I said they need to proceed with the order and reimburse. This was our parents 50th!! I will never order from them again nor would I suggest anyone to order. Corporate is complete BS and this company should just shut down if they are not able to commit special occasions. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Worst customer service ever. Save your $100 for something more nicer than fruits and chocolate.
