I am a difficult contact lens fit and I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences at the Harvard location. Dr. Martin is fantastic! She is patient and listens to you. Everyone in the office is also kind and friendly from reception to opticians. I have received excellent care and highly recommend!

Dr. Macintosh was very knowledgeable and informative about my diagnosis. (I had developed cataracts). He shared information with me in a way I could understand. He gave me a referral and followed through with me later. A caring and knowledgeable professional!

I went to Harrell Eye Care for years and loved them. However, with the corporate takeover, things have changed for the worse. I have a complex prescription in my glasses, and after a prescription change, I couldnt see with my new glasses. They took new measurements and remade my lenses for which I was grateful but I still could not see. I was essentially dismissed by the optician, stating theyve done all they could and I walked out with a $400 pair of glasses that were useless. Later that year, I arrived on time for my dry eye treatment only to find out as I entered the building that the tech wasnt in and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I arrived on time, after confirming my appointment, again to find the office closed and nobody there. Even one of the doctors arrived and couldnt get into the office. So I rescheduled a third time, confirmed my appointment and arrived on time to once again find the office closed. There was no communication that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Ive also had trouble getting refills for my prescription eye drops. Ive asked for refills to no avail. I understand that emergencies happen, but at the very least, communicate with the patient! Ive now taken 3 days off, gotten up early to keep my appointment and no body seems to really care. Unfortunately. Im done with My Eye Dr. Theyve ruined a great practice.
