        While I loved them the one time when I went and had an exam and got glasses back in April. The pair of glasses I got broke so I returned for warranty service. Was shocked to realize they had changed their name and no longer offered optical services. They sent me to one doctor who left to get the repair. While it is getting f worked out, they could have sent out notification to their patients about the change. At a minimum, they could change their website to reflect this change. It was a very frustrating experience.

        I recently had an eye exam by Dr Cowick. I was very impressed from the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time I left their office. She did an excellent exam, was thorough, kind, efficient and professional. I consider myself a bit of a judge when it comes to healthcare as I myself am a physician. Because of my experience I definitely recommend her services to those looking for an optometrist in the greater Tulsa area. Thank you Dr Cowick for your time and service.
