WoodSpring Suites Broken Arrow

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. No room service to come in and clean if you wont clean towels you have to wash them yourself or pay a extra ten dollars to get clean ones. What a joke. Thought when you stayed in a motel or hotel lien was provided along with them cleaning your room.

My husband and I just got here this evening. The room is nice for the most part. Our TV doesn't work..I think the batteries are bad but there is no one at the desk after 8 so can't fix that till tomorrow. we had to bring a lot of our stuff bc our apartment isn't ready for a few weeks. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is awesome I'm really hoping that we love this place enough to stay for a few weeks. The only thing I didn't know was vaping wasn't aloud. In my defense our move was so stressful that my husband forgot to mention that part until he saw me about to take a puff....I assumed smoking wasn't allowed but I didn't know until hours after we got here that u couldn't vape either...sooo with that being said I wanted to be annoyed but honestly I understand why they don't want vaping in the room. I really feel good about this place and the all the staff we have spoken too while booking this room. Oh and there is a actually a lot of room! I was pleasantly surprised! My dog loves it too...my husband told them we were definitely smokers so they were kind enough to give us a room on the first floor, right next to the door. Besides not being able to vape in the room, everything else is golden.I really feel like my husband and I are going to love staying here

Did not have coffee as advertised, we had no towels asked for them and was going to charge us 10 dollars, The room was clean and comfy though.

The hot water was out over half the time we stayed there ... No compensation and you have to pay extra for your towels to get washed or wash them your self Never heard of that?!??

I am currently staying at the broken arrow location and I've been here since November. For the most part the staff is friendly and fast when it comes to fixing stuff. The position in which they are lacking though is keeping their hot water on. The hot water was out for 2 or 3 days last week and already been out a day this week and the week hasn't even started. They're too busy worried about people smoking marijuana rather than keeping the hot water running mind you it's winter time right now. So with it being winter time you would think they would have hot water, one thing about this property though is they're quick to want their full rent money every week even though they can't keep the hot water on. My advice find you a motel 6 with the light on. These jokers aren't even offering to discount anybodys rent for their inconvenience. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place even if it was the last place on earth.
