    I had initially made a bad review when I first got here but I believe it was a bad experience I had nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with Walmart 5 out of 5 Stars I think they are great there could be a few things made better but every hotel can always improve but and all the hotels that I stayed in including the one that I managed for a year this is one of the best experiences I have had and I feel terrible about my first review and I needed to come back and change it and right my wrongs and let everyone know they need to come stay here

    ROACHES! Stay elsewhere! When it was brought up, they admitted to knowing they were infested with roaches and have been for sometime. They gave a "full" story on how and why they have roaches. I asked for a refund due to the roaches and they refused and even got "snippy". Pay a few dollars more and get a CLEAN ROACH FREE hotel.

    I stayed here with my sister one night never again! They run this place like a prison. First of all the key cards would just stop working after being used 1 time. Because of this I got locked out of my room for almost an hour, because whoever was working the front desk was asleep or occupied somewhere behind the desk and I sat around having to wait to get a room key remade. She also informed me that towel exchange was before 11PM so I wouldnt be able to get any fresh towels. They do room inspections now, so if you stay long term plan on them going through your room weekly! Oh and the best partI have a registered service animal, not an emotional support animal, my dog is a ADA registered seizure alert dog, I have the paperwork and ID cards, AND THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT HAVE HIM THERE!!! Totally illegal to deny me that. I snuck him in anyways. Just beware this place is shady and the employees are messy. Rooms: Horrible. My heater didnt even work Safety: Not in the safest part of town. Police swarming everywhere

    The rooms were absolutely dirty , i changed rooms three different times due to dirty sheets and roaches till they finally gave me a better room after they refused to give me a refund 0/10 dont recommend
