image Don't go here! Roaches and bed bugs. Dirty rooms. The doors don't lock and men watching. Looks like human trafficking.
They seem to think they don't need to clean the rooms if you are gonna get kidnapped anyways. I ran and you should too!

image I was attacked by a dog in the hallway and the staff did nothing. The other person was not removed and the dog was allowed to stay. The dog was an aggressive breed and over the weight limit. Manager would not return my calls and customer service was no help. My lawyer is filing a lawsuit against the business now
Rooms: Disgusting, holes in the ceiling, and sheets were not washed.
Safety: Unsafe and staff dont care. Even after a dog bit me they did nothing
Food & drinks: Says they provide breakfast but dont

image I usually don't pay much mind to negative reviews of places, but let me be the one to say that every single one I've read here has been absolutely accurate. If only I had read them beforehand...
Alas, I did not.
The smells, the weirdness, the filthy rooms, burns in the blankets, shoddy headboards.. if you told me the room had been thrown together right before I walked into it, by people who'd never built anything and who had a 5 dollar budget but unlimited access to a dumpster, I'd say 'Well in that case .. actually its still pretty bad.'
The housekeeping staff, "working diligently" all day yet somehow nothing is ever cleaned. They may also be surprised to know that some white people do in fact speak Spanish. Perhaps talking about guests right in front of them is not the best customer service.
A fun bonus that I haven't seen in any reviews is the mysterious construction/remodeling work being done on both sides of every room (unless we just got lucky) well past 10:00 pm every night.
If I were a little more prone to believing conspiracies I would absolutely believe that the fourth (top) floor was kept vacant so that members of staff could go up there and watch guests through holes drilled through the floors/ceilings.
My favorite experience (so far-- there are sure to be more chart toppers) was coming up on a freshly-spilled soda in the hallway as I left to grab lunch, witnessing the "front desk attendant" notice it as he walked toward it and then walking away. When I came back through a half an hour later, the only changes were that the ice cubes had melted and the getting-stickier-by-the-second mess had spread further.
If anything, the elevator being out of service has been the least of the problems, as I'm sure the stairs are doing me some good. The yellow caution tape gives the otherwise uncanny atmosphere a familiar pop of color.
If we hadn't been in the desperate situation we were already experiencing and needing (what I thought was) a reasonably priced weekly rate, we'd have turned and ran as others have done.
From other reviews I can deduce that requesting a refund would likely be a waste of time and energy.
Rooms: Dreadful
Safety: Probably not

image I got very sick before my flight from Washington State, still am. I tried to talk to them at Tulsa Square Hotel Central to let them know what happened but they refused to refund or give me future credit toward a hotel of theirs. I am sick , it wasn't my fault I was heading to the bmx grand nationals and am still sad I have to miss it. Do not use oyo hotel services. They do not care whether you tell the truth or are sick. I will never use them again. Now they will take my 6 nights I paid for and rent my room to someone else. This is who you want to do business with? Run away. Read their reply below. I reached out twice and my booking company did twice as well. We both explained the situation and you didnt care. You wouldnt even partially refund. And We explained way before they put their response below ( see the date I posted) They would do nothing to help or rebook somewhere else. And no it was not fair how you dealt with me, I was so sick I couldn't even get on the flight and was sick for four days. I feel bad for anyone else who books here.
