image Absolutely the best and friendliest service I've ever received from a Verizon company store. Jordan was more than helpful. He tried troubleshooting, and when that didn't work, he searched online until he found the fix. Jordan transferred my info from my 7 pro pixel, which had an internal problem, to my new Pixel 8 pro I received from Google. The store manager was friendly and helpful and finished up for Jordan while he went to help another customer while my info was still transferring. You guys are awesome.

image Horrible customer service. Ordered a phone online for pick up in store so we could get help with set up. When we went to pick it up we were told it was an additional cost for them to help with set up. When I brought up the fact that the online order asks if you want help with set up and mentions nothing about extra cost the woman literally shrugged said its $30 and walked away. She made it clear we werent worth her time and that she didnt want to deal with us. Additionally frustrating as we could have just had the phone shipped directly to us instead of wasting our time going in store.
