Update: The Verizon rep at store told me it was a pressurized divet. No. Actually, after reading the diagram when I got home, it is either a microphone or a sensor. Both are SUPER IMPORTANT. I did not sign a contract for a defective phone. As a business owner, I got this phone, the pressurized divet by the camera is broken. I didnt even take it out of the box. I noticed it right away. Having worked in electronics with a trained eye to look for defects, that is what I did. The customer service rep argued that that was skin and nail, proceeds to tell me there is nothing wrong. He stated he was in IT 5 years to which I asked him "You worked in IT 5 years and you don't see the defect?" He said yes. I never said I didn't see it. He lied. He informed me there would be a restocking fee of $50 and admitted they would not be restocking it because it was defective. I asked him why he was charging me $50 for a restocking fee then. No clear answer. I posed the question to him that had I purchased it right in store and he unboxed it and noticed it, would he also charge me the $50 restock fee. He said Yes, I would. Very frustrated and disappointed. I came in here today thinking this would be swapped out with no issues since it was on Verizon's end for sending me a defective device. Left here feeling taken advantage of, not heard, and admitted sorry you got a lemon. Wow.
