I have never had a phone provider that is so flakey. service is terrible. have to reset the network at least 3 times a day. That means resetting internet service 3 times a day. what a hassle. You call for help and it's the same thing each time. Well Mr. customer we need to reset you phone to the network - hello? I've done that like 3 times already today! Do you even know what you are doing? Yes Mr. Customer, we know exactly what wrong. Let's reset this and then load that and your service is restored - Presto! I think not, this has been going on for well over 6 months. I'm tired of this partial help then not service, I could be in the middle of a conversation with anyone, and the service drops you like yesterday's news. AND it seems like no one at Metro cares.

Horrible there's a white lady that always seem high or like she's on something and a black lady who's always gone on restroom break (lazy)
