Nice and clean apartments. Very good for college students. Walking distance from campus so it is easy to get to class. Staff is extremely friendly

I cant say enough great things about Casa Mia. One of the few apartments I do like. I lived on the bottom floor and didnt have any issues with noise from any of my neighbors. Management was great to work with. If youre an OSU student, the apartments are basically on-campus. I cant recommend Casa Mia enough!

A convenient spot for a student. A management team who has sources to all kinds of netwroking. They handle maintence real well and the furnished or unfurnied opportunity they offer is a gret choice. Stay in school.

Casa Mia is an excellent apartment complex for an OSU student. It provides a close walk to campus, close proximity to surrounding venues and a family friendly environment. Property is managed by a trustful manager who is always available for assistance. I would recommend these apartments
