Prime Place Stillwater

Like other people are saying, the A/C will have to be fixed constantly and its just unprofessional how many maintenance requests we have had to submit per month. I recommend living somewhere else. Were also upcharged here as students for the walking distance & its not worth it IMO

Im currently a resident here at Prime Place, and I have to express my immense satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by Chris, one of the Maintenance techs. His dedication ensures that our unit is promptly taken care of whenever we submit a work order. It is truly assuring to have some as competent and efficient as Chris taking care of business here!

Ive lived at prime place on elm st since 2022 and Ive had a great experience. Only minor issues here and there but when we did have them, maintenance was able to resolve our issues quickly. The front office puts on cool events throughout the semesters that are fun to go to and some even have free food! I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a quieter living experience and a short walk to campus.
