Very thorough and great communication throughout the whole process. Friendly and professional during the whole process with minimally invasive or destructive methods. They were actually the second company who came out and based on what I saw, the decision was easy and Im glad I went with Phil and Derrick!

We came back from a trip to a nightmare - a pipe had burst during the last super cold spell. Luckily, our plumber pointed us to Phil and Derrick at 4D Restoration, and what a blessing that turned out to be! While other water damage pros only checked the obvious spots, Phil and Derrick didn't stop there. They found hidden mold in a closet behind the bathroom, uncovering a bigger issue we had no clue about. They jumped into action immediately, handling everything so efficiently we avoided major demolition or renovations. Choosing 4D Restoration was the best decision for us. They treated our home as if it was their own, showing real care and professionalism. Highly recommend them!
