4 Star Restoration

I have to give no stars. They came out in May and took photos and said they would get me bid. It was 40-60 sq feet at that time. I followed up several times and never got a response - and no bid. I had someone that works for me go under the house only to discover the mold has now covered the entire structure, so from 60' to 800' feet. The same day 4-Star called and said I was about 6 in line to get a bid!!! If they are too busy for small jobs then they should say that. 30 days later and still no bid.

Would recommend to our friends and family! We called 4 Star Restoration on a Sunday night just as soon as we discovered a water leak and mold in our home. They came out first thing the next morning and took great care of our home and family and worked closely with our insurance company to make things easier on us. We were glad to have chosen a privately owned business where the owner serviced our home. He had a vested interest in a successful outcome.

I called 4 Star Restoration after a leak flooded about 3/4 of my house. They came out and looked at what needed to be repaired and met the insurance adjuster with me. As a single mom and homeowner, I enjoyed working with Martin and Kyle because they were easy to talk to and communicate with. This is a very trustworthy company and their subs that work for them do a great job. I hope I never need them again (due to a flood, etc) but I will use them again if needed. I would highly recommend 4 Star Restoration.
