I wasnt around because of work when we had a bunch of water damage in our house. My wife and two kids were in a house alone while the boards were warping and it smelled terrible. We called Randy and he did an amazing job. He helped us navigate everything from the insurance claim, to water damage mitigation, to getting the floors replaced. I would happily recommend him to any family member or friend without reservation.

My plumber referred me to Advanced Restoration after our water heater exploded apart and flooded a portion of my bathroom on the other side of the wall. Randy came by and assessed the problem, came back and thoroughly tested the one space with no easy access except through that wall. He found no damage and charged us nothing for either service call. That's nearly unbelievable these days so I wanted to give them a great review. These guys are the Pros!
