Dr. Lowery is an amazing doctor!!! She will sit and listen to you, and really pay attention and listen. She does everything she can to keep you in good health. I moved here three years ago and shes the only doctor that I found in Oklahoma City that would listen and take to heart what you had to say. She got me to the places and the specialists I needed to help me. I had health issues that I have been dealing with for years and no one would help me, but when it came to Dr. Lowery she got it done. I would recommend her as a family doctor to anyone I know. Im definitely going to miss her.

She was very attentive with myself and my mother. Medication prescriptions were at the pharmacy before we were home. And the referrals that she had made for my mom were calling to make appointments the same day. Very through and would highly recommend Dr. Lowery.

I normally dont post bad reviews but because this was the second time this happened to me, I feel its necessary. I had a new patient appointment set for me in March and my appointment had been confirmed days before and the day right before. I showed up to my appointment to find out that my appointment had been cancelled because of a family emergency (which I completely understand, so I happily rescheduled my appointment). I had asked since I was there and its so last minute if anyone could see me since I was there with my spouse who also had an appointment. Unfortunately they couldnt so I understood. Well I waited for a month to be seen and I show up to my appointment today in the late afternoon to find out that Dr Lowry isnt in today, to which I replied, I got 3 confirmation text and confirmed all of them, this was already the second time this happened to me. The front office lady replied Im so sorry, its my fault, I was supposed to call but I got so busy up front. I was extremely frustrated but I kept my composure. I had asked if there was anyone that could see me and they were completely booked up. I had already paid my copay and asked it be refunded which it was and she again apologized and asked if I would like to reschedule and this time I did not. My spouse and I will not be returning here seeing as its such chaos and very inconsiderate of them to not let us know. If they knew the doctor was going to be out, they should have called days in advance or at least first thing this morning or at least sent a text message. I get that people get busy and things get missed and forgotten but when you still see people on the schedule maybe it should be rechecked. For crying out loud, please get this lady some additional staffing help!! Shes overwhelmed because shes the only one Ive seen doing stuff!! I have a lot of medical issues that I needed addressed and now I have to wait even longer. I really needed this appointment, but thats ok, Ill find someone eventually. :/
