        I have been a patient of Veronicas for many years. I have never doubted her ability to help me find solutions to whatever issue I have. I have never felt rushed or like just an number. She is caring and I feel like shes a friend. I refer all my friends to her because shes amazing!

        Veronica seems to be a competent provider, so this low rating is not a reflection of her clinical expertise. However, twice now, my husband has been scheduled for appointments with her and she has refused to see him; the first time she claimed it was a scheduling error and the second time, which was today, we received no explanation. My husband receives a service from her that requires payment in advance and we pay in advance as requested. Still, she sent him home today without seeing him without regard to the fact that he was scheduled in advance and had taken time off of work and traveled 50 miles one way to the appointment. A terrible patient experience.
