I chose a family medicine practice because I enjoy taking care of the entire family and providing them with the tools they need to improve their health. Google says that the doctor's office is in the North building. They are not!! They are in the South building. Waited on hold for 45 minutes. No exaggeration. By the time someone answered the phone they said I missed my appointment. That completely messed up my entire day and had to miss work.
