A lovely place for a starter apartment and college students! The manager is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is awesome and quick to respond. Never had an issue living here.

All I can say is avoid this place! Maintenance is okay. The property manager is horrible to work with. Her attitude is terrible and communication is not professional in any manner. We had mold in our apartment. We also had a huge cracked in our ceiling that was caving in. We provided proof of each issue and followed all the rules and yet spent a year living in a toxic environment because the property manager refused to take care of the issue. The mold put my health at risk and the health of my children at huge risk. We asked for help from every source possible and no one cared enough to do anything anything. Stay far far away from this place!

I lived here for about 6 months constantly had cockroaches everytime pest control would come they seemed to get worse. Had to move out because i eventually ended up getting bed bugs from a mattress that had been left outside my window for 2 months from the people who lived above me. Im not sure if i just had bad luck but its just not very safe and clean ive found so many needles on the ground going to do my laundry it was not a very good experience the rent is cheap but for what cost.
