I have lived here at High Meadow Apartments for several years and I have always had excellent customer service. Clare and Sandra are so helpful and understanding. Maintenance has always done my service requests quickly. I would refer this community to everyone!

I absolutely love living here. They take really great care of the place. The office staff and maintenance people are friendly and helpful.

Listen all future tenant prospects, Im not a person by far , who leaves reviews ever for anything!! But the very kind and professional attitudes they possess and the go out of your way help is hardly existent in the world we live today .. And I just have to say, that Sandra Bradford the Property Manager and Claire Luckie Assistant Property Manager, Have been more than helpful and outstanding to my experience since Ive been a tenant going on 2 years there now . They truly will help anyone when they can and truly care about their tenants and continually strive to make it the best place to be in town ..it shows ! And on a consistent basis ..thats the proof in the pudding ya know it :) In the past 12 years Ive lived in 7 different places with several land lords and have never been treated so kindly and sincerely and professionally by those ladies and staff Even the guys that keep the place running are pretty cool guys and know what their doing and always stop to say hi and check in on me time to time to make sure things are in tip top shape They have made my experience and living quarters the best experience yet .. They understand our needs and help resolve issues with the tenants best in mind and it shows every time without fail I can only speak for myself here One might believe after you sign a contract they (institution at large ) may just consider you a number but thats not the case here .. Time and time again they have resolved any issue or difficulty, keeping me and letting me know the tenants experience here is for our best and not theres UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS !! They dont make good Americans for the people like this anymore :) And they both simply stand out in todays times .. I just have to say all this because of how blown away, by how helpful and sincere they and the staff has been when I need something fixed or addressed or concerned... Definitely makes it feel like a real family that cares :):) I hope this review reaches their peers or up top since I believe people like this need to be recognized for outstanding service .. Seriously Best apartments and staff Ive ever lived in . Sandra and Claire are a dynamic duo :):) To add and say simply , They fix issues extremely fast and keep the place clean and nice and help keep the bar raised high

I have lived at High Meadows Apts for going on 7 years now. This is by far, my most favorite place to live ever. Management here is very kind and work hard to keep the property clean and looking amazing!!! The on site laundry facility is top notch. In the summer, the pool is perfect for a nice swim to cool off.
