The apartment was dirty when we moved in. LOT'S OF ROACHES!!! Management would never fix anything we brought to their attention. Refrigerator hardly worked and was extremely noisy. Toilet leaked when you flushed it and water pressure was never adequate for a shower. It took half an hour to fill the tub each time you wanted to bathe. Window would come off the tracks every time there was a North wind which management would never fix. The Heater/AC never came close to keeping the bedroom and living room both at a comfortable temperature. After my year lease was up the manager bad mouths my fiance and myself to any other apartment we've applied to and dares to suggest we somehow still owe them for the deposit?!
Keep looking, these apartments are cheap and always empty for a reason. Unless you like living in a dump your going to be miserable staying here!
