        The entire experience was great. My hygienist was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I love that she educated me on steps regarding how to enhance my at home oral care regimen for the outcome I desire. She really took her time with me. The Office manager was informative on my care plan and associated costs. I absolutely loved the dentist that examined me. I have found my new dental home. I appreciate the care I received.

        Their filling didn't hold up for two months, and while adjusting my bite on another tooth they drilled it so deep the tooth is touchy. After their repair work broke off (during flossing) I developed a dental infection. I tried to get help from them today, and they told me both teeth needed eval/treatment from an endodontist. They referred me to some place in Norman that's out of network, saying I probably need root canals in both teeth. They sent me out the door with chronic pain and an infection. The earliest I can be seen by a competent dentist is eight days from now. I have called everyone from here to OKC. Aspen Dental has caused me serious grief and I emphatically warn you to stay away. They don't have the faculties to fix their own mistakes.
