Dr. Wallace is a great consultant and makes sure you are informed of what to expect during your surgery. Dr. Southerland did my surgery and it was quick, and easy for me all the way through. I was put to sleep, and woke up with no issues. Taylor was in the room during my surgery, and came in at first to make sure I felt okay before we started. She was nice as well. Carla at the front desk is very helpful for all questions. The office is clean, easy to locate, and professional. The medicine and after care packet they gave me was very helpful and they called to check on my after my surgery. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs wisdom teeth removal.

These people are VERY unprofessional and RUDE. I WILL NOT be coming back here as a patient after seeing the atmosphere of the employees. From the moment I walked in they were short, snappy, and flat out RUDE

Very friendly and informative staff. Dr. Southerland is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I had oral surgery this morning and no problems at all. I would highly recommend Dr Southerland!

Ok so Im a big baby when it comes to pain. Pain is why I found myself sitting in Dr Wallaces chair about 4 and a half hours ago. I had 2 badly infected teeth that were broken off at the gum line. Doc was extremely patient as he gently slowly numbed the nerves in the area. Up until the point where he had to numb the tip of the roots, I really didnt feel the needle. Doc was patient with my whimpering and somehow we both made it through the numbing process. Ive had a number of prior extractions and most of them were numbed up to the point where I experienced zero pain, just pressure. As Doc began to use the pliers to loosen the each tooth I could hear the tooth being coerced from its socket. This extraction pair was painful but not so much that it was unbearable. Each tooth was extracted without much difficulty. If anything it was I who delayed the process with my outcrys every time I began to feel any discomfort. Anticipating pain is what I do. I would make a lousy torture subject cause Id spill my guts the first chance I got if it meant I was pain free. Given that my teeth were abscessed and that I was against waiting for my amoxicillin to resolve the infection, I knew that Doc might not be able to totally numb the entire area. It was a risk I took. Immediately after the extraction as I was walking out to my truck I began shaking and crying because it hurt so much. It this the Docs fault? Hell no. Doc did everything right. (BTW. It only took about 15 minutes and suddenly I didnt feel anymore pain. Those 15 minutes were actually worse than anything I felt in the chair.) If I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now... Id still choose this Docs gifted hands to deliver me from pain. Thank you Doc and all your wonderful staff who tolerated this big baby today. You all are truly awesome! I can emphatically recommend you to anyone needing to be delivered from pain. (Feel free to use this review in any manner you see fit) Extremely Grateful, J.H. ***** 24 hour post-extraction update ***** There is a spot on the right side my face that when I depress it with my finger it hurts. (I had to look up the name of the muscle.) It is called LEVATOR LABII SUPERIORIS ALAEQUE NASI. When I use that muscle to elevate my lip over the extraction site the ALVEOLAR MUCOSA (Yeah, I looked that one up also) is also definitely tender. All in all, the two empty sockets are virtually pain free even without any pain medication. No swelling. Empty sockets are already attempting to close. I will update again in 48 hrs

Yesterday 1/16 was the first time I had ever been to the office. I had went to a dentist and had a major issue with a tooth and needed to see a dental surgeon. They gave me a referral to them. I walked in was greeted immediately and was crying from the amount of pain I was in. The 2 girls at the front desk automatically stopped what they were both doing, 1 took care of me, the other ran to the back to see if the Dr to ask what he wanted to do. It was kinda an emergency. No hesitation, no questions asked the Dr seen me within the first 10 mins I was there after filling my paperwork out. They get me to the back and I had Taylor as the nurse and seen Dr Wallace. They ended up having to do some very painful work but I have never in my life been to a dental place, a dr, or any where that was so compassionate about their patients, that made you feel so comfortable, and their bedside manner what beyond amazing! Everyone person I spoke to there yesterday went above and beyond to help me and take care of me. Then today 1/17 I received a voicemail from Taylor so I call her back and she was just checking on me and making sure I didnt need anything, how I was doing, and reinsured me that no matter what if I didnt get better or it happen again to give them a call back. I have never had a place or dentist call their patients and do a follow up and really care about them. Over all this place doesnt deserve a 5-star..... it deserves a 20! They were beyond amazing! Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart from everything yall did for me yesterday!
