      image Let me start by saying the office staff and dental assistants/hygienist have all been wonderful and friendly! The office managers and staff have always been helpful and honest in determining the best course of action for the cost. I have never had any issues with anyone except the dentist. I was being seen by a different dentist and liked him but he left. I had an appointment scheduled for a cavity filling and I called a week before my appointment to tell them I was having some discomfort to pressure to my tooth that had a root canal and cap placed. They said the dentist could look at it during my already scheduled appointment. When I went in and described the discomfort I was feeling, he simply said that tooth is dead you shouldnt been feeling anything. He did not even look at the tooth. At the end of the appointment he said we will have to send you to an endodontist if it doesnt stop hurting. Did not seem like he cared about my concerns.
