Very excited to report that we just picked up our sharp 2024 Toyota Crown Hybrid with all wheel drive,black exterior n macadamia nut interior . Tony was very patient with our MANY QUESTIONS and truly knowledgeable about what all our vehicle has to offer.This is our third vehicle we have purchased since 2007 at Toyota Wooster. Absolutely horrified at our most recent experience with this Toyota branch. Upon receiving an "urgent" recall stating "THE RISK IS REAL, DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS CAN KILL" we set up an appointment to have this repair done. Upon my son's arrival he was turned away due to "having the floors done that day", was told a phone call was made to reschedule when it was not, and so my son rescheduled the repair on that day. A week later we decided to make a phone call ahead of time to make sure the repair was still scheduled. They said yes, we're on, so we made the trip for the second time. Only to be told they did not have "the wiring harness" they needed to make the repair. Despite the notice that a "free loaner vehicle" would be available, Toyota refused us a loaner and sent us away for a second time. THE RISK IS REAL! What happened to taking care of the customers? What happened to trust? As far as I'm concerned this company wants to kill me.
