Toyota West

Been buying my vehicles at Toyota West since the late 90s. I recently bought my used 4runner there last December. I only deal with one salesman ever since. I trust the salesman but the sales manager is a different story. I set up an appointment to take a look at a Camry for my daughter. My family and I went for lunch before going to the dealership, I figured it'll be a long day there. The sales manager sold the car to another person. He did not even consider that it was only less than 30 minutes from my appointment. He didn't care about customer loyalty to the dealership. All he cared was selling the car. Never trust the sales manager.

I had a fantastic experience at Toyota West! We all know the constraints on new vehicles, but Nate Arrowood (my salesman) kept me in the loop the whole way. It didnt feel so long because I knew what was going on and what to expect. Nate listened to everything I wanted and didnt even have to write it down, he is just that good. A real Toyota person! He has one himself. The day it arrived, he FaceTimed with me so I could see my new truck all wrapped up. When I arrived I got to see it and then go thru financing. When I finally got in it.Nate walked me thru all the bells and whistles I have now. We installed the Toyota app and made sure everything was working just right. It is the greatest truck. There are a few more items (TRD wheels) on back order, but they will be in soon. A shout out to Nate; best salesman ever, Jeremy; Manager to get me what I needed for my trade, Hershey; to find the truck of my dreams in inventory and Greg from parts to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. All fantastic people.I will absolutely buy every vehicle from Toyota West for the rest of my life.
