They have wonderful customer care. They inform you first on what needs to be fixed first before they fix it. They are also knowledgeable of everything that needs to be done to your vehicle. Was out in a timely manner did not have to wait all day.

All of the workers here were very kind. We had Keaten Banks as our sales person and he was a pleasure to deal with. We had our two young kids there (3 and 1 y/o) the whole 6 hours we were there and the employees never treated any of us, including the kids, with any animosity. Didnt even get a funny look from anybody who worked there. Everyone was polite and seemed excited to help. Car buying is already a stressful experience, but as long as you show respect, I am confident that you will receive the same if you shop here. EDIT: Looking over my paperwork, I am highly upset. They promised me that they would beat the interest rate that my credit union promised me if I decided to go through them. While they technically did beat the rate by .3% (7.39% down to 7.09%), with the additional cost from various fees, the APR was 8.09%, effectively making the interest rate .7% higher than my credit unions rate. Shame on me for not noticing before I signed, but shame on them for essentially lying.

I built my dream car on the dodge website then searched inventory to find the dealership that had my exact match. The Jeff Wyler dealership in Springfield had my car, it was a bit of a drive for me but I went ahead and emailed my request for more information. Jordan Holt responded to me right away. Jordan sent me a personalized video of my car and all the features, which was awesome! Jordan was super courteous, fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. Jordan and everyone else we worked with that night made the long drive well worth it. We arrived shortly before close and after test driving and getting minimal paper work done I was able to drive my dream car home that night. Jordan and the other staff stayed way past closing to ensure everything was to my satisfaction before I drove off the lot! I would definitely buy from Jeff Wyler of Springfield again and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends and family.
