Dollar Car Rental

Worst experience ever, tried to rent a car for a family vacation. Nowhere did it disclose that at the airport you MUST have a credit card to rent a car. Lady told me I could go to the other loaction 5 minutes down the road and use my debit card. I left and googled this said outside location but to my suprise there is no address anywhere for a second location. I had to stop in a store to ask for help. Also tried to call dollars customer service but literally noone wanted to answer until 20 minutes later. I eventually find second loaction only to be told anything over a 5 seater has to have a credit card. Again NOWHERE was this ever disclosed when setting up the reservation. I highly recommend going elsewhere and save yourself the trouble

If I could give a negative review I would. POORLY run operation! Waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes due to the person running the desk busy on a personal call on her cell phone and blue tooth. She never acknowledged that we were there nor thanked us. We were not charged as quoted I called customer service that evening which was a jake. '[I asked for a supervisor and was told she had that capability and then hung up on me. Upon arriving at the airport yesterday, I was then debited $450 for the key that was returned. We received that bill 15 even though I went back to Customer Service and she said it would be credited back but 24 hours later it hasn't been. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The low price is not worth the hassle. They double charged my card when we rented the vehicle. After more than 3 calls to the company the charge is still sitting as pending 3 weeks later. When calling in, the wait time is outrageous, only to be connected to someone who is incapable of resolving anything. Avoid the headache and take your business elsewhere.
