        Had issues activating my phone. Agent in store said it was with my previous provider but for 50 bucks they could activate. All they did was call some 800 number and voila, it worked! Total scam!!

        Dante was able to resolve in 5 minutes an issue that two representatives on line, including a high-level tech support, were unable to figure out. This is my 2nd 5-star experience at this location.
