First Financial Bank & ATM

As a small business, First Financial has been really responsive to my needs. I was having issues with their phone app and was immediately called by the both the regional and local reps to try to resolve the issue. But I really want to call the attention to Rena, who is very helpful, professional and thorough. To me, that's what is important, not the lights in their parking lot.

Stay away from Scott McCoy and the President. I had funds transferred to pay down my mortgage and they did nothing for 9 days until I complained. The bank president didn't give a damn and refused to speak with me! Moreover, after I paid my mortgage off, they collected an additional $4,600 which they have not paid back. I am filing criminal charges.

I have lived near First Financial Bank for the past five years [since 2014]. When I first moved to my apartment, that bank had been called "The Guernsey Bank" but changed its name to "First Financial Bank" several months later. I often walk past First Financial Bank whenever I am walking to or from COTA [Central Ohio Transit Authority] bus stops. I am able to see First Financial Bank whenever I look out the front window of my apartment. Several years ago, one of the lights in the First Financial Bank parking lot burned out. I reported that burned-out light several times -- to different employees each time -- for the next several months. No one at that branch had ever seemed to be concerned about the burned-out light in their parking lot; two years later, that light in their parking lot is still burned out. Several months ago [beginning Fall 2019], the illuminated sign above their front door started to malfunction so that the first half of their name ["first fina"] is consistently full brightness and the second half of their name ["ncial bank"] is consistently half-brightness. After several months of seeing that malfunctioning sign each time I would walk past that branch, I decided to report that malfunctioning sign. The teller with whom I had been talking had been eating [or she had been chewing gum] when I had first arrived at the teller window. In addition, she had been counting money but did not stop. I reported the malfunctioning sign to that teller, and, I had been expecting, she had been not at all interested in what I had been reporting.

Not open Saturday as Google suggests. Has locked doors before 5pm on me more than once.
