DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK and ESPECIALLY NOT THIS LOCATION. Never have we ever worked with a more incompetent staff. They're messing up my husbands credit after telling him everything was closed out over a year ago when he went in to make sure everything was paid off and closed. RICHARD is now MIA and is constantly "busy" or "out to lunch" after promised calls back. They can't seem to assist him for the most simple of requests. Never in my life have I heard of a less professional and more incompetent worker.

Worst customer service ever. No one knew how to get my reward points. Then no one knew how to close a charge card. You’ll never see the same employee twice. Whatever you do DO NOT invest with Rick Brady. He will take his commission and you will not see any return from your money. He will also tie it up for years with a steep penalty without telling you the terms. Run away.

This branch on Henderson is very helpful with all my banking needs and loans. They staff is knowledgeable and kind. Nick is always available to help me with different products they offer . If you are in need of banking or loans this is the place to go.
