I will never rent a truck from uhaul again they make you pay 50 dollars for gas and maintenance 30 minutes from gas for 20 minutes the maintenance fee that they charge I told him it was problems with the truck and they wouldn't give him my money back they ain't nothing but a rip off and you don't feel good they charge you money I was only online and they still charge me money now they're trying to take 5dollors for gas off my card every day and there's no money on it this is wrong I will never rent from them ever again

Fix your system for easy pick up. I ordered everything online, clicked the online check it and the damn thing would not let me use my own number, then it would not allow me to enter my husbands number, then made me go into the store. Trying to get more time was not in the cards, the system would not let me choose any more time, only gave me until midnight and I needed more time. Overall the inside of the building was great, the person behind the counter was great, but the online experience was awful!

Damien was especially cordial, professional and helpful. Also, Tracey seamlessly & effortlessly changed my contract once I realized I would need the vehicle for more than 1 day! The East Broadway location is the best one I've ever used & as an ex-military wife I have significant experience in moving! Exceptional job done by all!!
