        Always efficient and effective. Very knowledgeable people that are extremely easy to work with. Customer service representative is on point and very personable. As others mentioned Adam was awesome. Wouldn't consider getting my gas anywhere else.

        Fast and accurate new customer on-boarding. Office staff was Friendly and Customer oriented. Our Service Tech, Adam Penny, was exceptional during our installation. He dropped 2 tanks for the house and barn. Very thorough and informative. You cant go wrong with Hometown Comfort!

        Mike Eddy contacted me with an half hour of me sending a new service request thru their website. He was very helpful and sent me up for a propane tank inspection within a week. Aaron Penny came and was very good doing the inspection of my tank and offering advice. The came and filled the tank the next day after the inspection. Can't say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend them.

        The Allens were great! They were really thorough with the inspection and caught a leak that we probably never would have noticed until it was a significant and potentially dangerous problem. They made it incredibly easy and took great care of us! Thanks so much guys!
