image Zero star is not available so I will give it one star. They are understaffed and neglect the patients. I could hear patients screaming for help! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! This place is HELL.
When I called the nurses station to get an Aide to come back to the covid unit to change mom's brief ....she thought I hung up...
She said " this b**** be calling here every 5 minutes "
I told Director, Michael Freeman:
"If you have a covid unit, STAFF a covid unit"
Mom was alone and not checked on for hours. I found her wet and dirty.
Mom was unable to push the call button herself.
No one gave her water.
No one to put food to her lips.
Vomit on her sheets.
I had to bring in wipes.
I had to bring in bed pads "chucks".
I had to write the date on her water cup so I knew they gave her fresh water to drink.
I had to hire someone to be there to "turn" her to avoid pneumonia and bed sores. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

image Both my mother-in-law and my wife was in there in the covid room two rooms apart that's just the start of it I would recommend highly look for someplace else to take your loved ones it's not worth it my mother-in-law got moved to a private another room I thought it was going to be a private but it wasn't but anyways got moved in with a lady kept throwing her depends diapers on my mom's side of the room to start problems out but the lack of care my mother-in-law passed away she was left out in the common room for a long period of time nobody knew that she passed it took one of the tenants to say hey I think you better check on it so they checked and she had passed they called us at 5:00 at night and said that she had passed so my wife was in there had so much blood work drawn but they could never tell her anything about the blood work so turned out that she had liver and kidney failure because her accounts were so low it wouldn't have been this bad if they would have done the blood work like they said they did or actually read the results and did something about it needs to say our Christmas or holidays completely ruined because of the people not knowing what to do her clothes were stolen have no idea where they were and 24 hours time for brand new sweatpants and sweatshirts came up missing and they cannot find them it's unbelievable how this place can stay in business

image What a joke! My mom was there for 8 days. No shower! She only washed off. The OT didn't help her in getting into a shower as practice for returning home.
$100 in brand new clothing "lost" Her main care giver found her flannel pants on another resident and made him take them off. The top is still missing. A $70 jogging suit was missing. I was told it was found. I went to get it. There was only the top.
Horrible lack of communication with me. I couldn't visit because she was in the Covid wing.
I'd give less stars if I could. However, 4.5 stars to mom's main caregiver Rhonda. She is great!!!

image Filters in the rooms covered in dust.
Gaps in the windows that won't close. Screen to the window laying in the yard outside.
Workers not knowing who each patient is in duel rooms. So are the patients getting the right meds ?
Cloths missing after less than 24 hrs .
This place is a complete zoo unless you send someone there to die .
Also look at the people that post anything higher than a 1 star . Botts to up the reviews. Also when we had someone there it was already under new management.

image My grandmother was put here and the nurses treated her bad. They kept her different medications that were not hers and then yelled at her whenever she soiled they would let her lay in it. The staff are garbage and untrained. Their main goal is to get the bed empty so they can cash in another. In 9 days my grandmother went from being able to move and rehabilitate after her fall in hospital to her death. Even the meeting with Hospice was suddenly cancelled 30 minutes before her death The rings that she had on her finger were stolen. We asked about them and were told not to worry about it that it happens all the time. They claimed she died from covid complications. She was vaccinated and was there recovering from a head injury she got while at the hospital for which they offered 500$ to shut her up and we refused they moved her here.
