Do not recommend. Dirty. Incompetent staff. Family member was admitted Friday post op. Laid in bed through the weekend, wasnt even offered to get out of bed. She was left in her urine and feces. Numerous wound care dressings were not changed for days. She developed an infection in 5 days and was admitted back to the ICU. Family member had to call 911 to get emergency care for her as she was in respiratory distress, but no staff was able to help.

If I could give -0 stars I would, terrible place, terrible facility. Never EVER send your family here. They need to be shut down and reported to the state of Ohio. Every single person that works here should loose their license.

Lost 21 pounds in 11 days, due to kitchen staff not being able to make meals correctly. In the 24 days here so far, I have spent over $200 to have food brought to me. The nursing staff and aides are really nice, and do the best they could to make sure you are cared for. Therapy is Monday thru Friday only, closed on holidays. I wouldn't call the therapy room "State of the art". Maybe when they first opened. No barber or beauty shop. Center could use a facelift, and an upgrade.
PS. Bring your own salad dressing. Seems like they only have KEN'S Country French with orange blossom honey.

DON'T go here I was sent here after I had a stroke fell out of my bed and the head nurse came in and actually said what did you do now?! to me, like I wanted to fall. you wait forever to be changed the rooms are dirty horrible experience not to mention when you try to get discharged they do everything to keep you there longer just to get your insurance money my roommate was an elderly lady and when she fell out of her bed nobody came to help until I started yelling for someone. I couldn't possibly help her due to me having a stroke I did have a couple aides that were good but the higher position workers were very mean to me
