        This place deserves zero stars. One of the worst "nursing homes" in toledo. They do not take care of the pts at all. The entire facility smells of feces and urine. Pts pay to share rooms that a filthy and never cleaned. The staff is the worst part. Very rude, disrespectful and little to no care for their pts. Staff is constantly calling outside services to take care of pts they don't want to deal with anymore. Please don't allow anyone to bring a family member here. They will have all their needs ignored and will never recover from living in this place.
