Worst experience ever! Had a 1pm appointment for tire installation. There were 2 later appointments who came in after me and we were taken care of and were back on the road within an HOUR! It is now 3pm and they havent even started my vehicle! Had to ask the guy are they gonna get started soon and he had to go in the back and check!! I hate This place and will NEVER come back! My first experience was terrible as well, but I thought it was Because of the type of tires I had and it needed extra time to install and thats what took them 2 days to complete it. came back with my other vehicle and I got The same treatment! I will Never come back to this place. Wasted my entire afternoon. No one acknowledged me no updates nothing! Just terrible service . Im guessing because I used Caradvise (prepaid service) they dont prioritize those type of customers. Terrible customer service here I cannot stress that enough. They provide excellent customer service to the people they choose to provide it to. Not everyone

I brought my vehicle here for extensive repairs needed to the suspension and left front wheel/tire due to hitting a curb. I was very impressed with the hardwork and knowledge of the team members and their level of communication and concern for me and my vehicle. The process of working with my insurance company was very tedious, but Firestone remained kind and persistent and stayed on top of my claim. I will definitely be back next time I need service. Thanks Chuck, Vince, Kevin and the entire team!
