Had my truck in for service of a tire not holding air.
Took it home and still leaking. Called, brought it back in the next day. Waited over an hour and was told both times was a bad valve stem and that it is now fixed. Took truck home and the tire was flatter than its ever been within an hour of getting home. I took it to a local tire repair shop Because I had to make a trip out of town early the next morning. The result of the problem was found - there was a hole in the tread that they plugged. Everything is fixed now. Front desk -Joe at Toyota Service Dept is very friendly and helpful. I am not happy at all about my experience w the actual work done by Biggio Service Dept Because I talk to you to jump on me
