It was ok

I couldn't access my bank account for a withdrawal and a video came on the screen and a customer representative took care of the problem .

Very helpful and respectful. They always have coffee in lobby.

This local bank is always exceedingly helpful and accomodating. This great branch also has the friendliest staff I've personally encountered!
