Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here is lovely and is the only redeeming quality of this place. When I opened an account I filled out paperwork for a debit card to get mailed to me. Almost 4 weeks later I go in to check what's going on and find out they don't give people cards for their accounts, they take applications and then decide if they want to give you one, which is very weird to me. Then I brought in a payroll check for a job I've worked at for 5+ years and they said I can't do anything with it because the money will be put on hold. So since it's been a month and I don't have a debit card and I can't deposit my checks without having access to the funds from them I decide to bank elsewhere and close my account. On top of all of these other things they charge me a fee for closing my account. Complete waste of time and money, hopefully this is a warning for people to go somewhere else.
