    I used to love this bank- Ive had an account with them since I was a teen/young adult. The last few years, its gone downhill with their customer service. I called yesterday to have help with unlocking my account on the app and the lady I spoke with was short with me and had attitude. Before we completed what needed done, she said I have someone in drive through, I need to go and hung up before I could say anything. Very disappointed with this experience. Ill be closing my account with First Federal due to poor customer service.

    I came here on February 15th to close an account for my father who passed away. I felt disrespected by the employee who talked to me about this. I asked what was required from me to close the account. I felt like I was treated as though I was attempting to steal something by this employee and was being disrespected by him while 2 other employees silently watched and listened. The paperwork I gave them originally was not found so I had to provide it again, what happened to it? I undertand why security procedures can be difficult and dont blame the employee for that but his rude behavior was unprofessional. After this very uncomfortable experience I would never bank here and would not recommend it. If someone working at a bank handling accounts addresses you as chief instead of sir in front of two employees then you have a right to feel disrespected. Don't put up with it.

    If you want a real place to stash your bucks? Get a descent loan? LOOK no further. I been with FF since I can't remember. Never once did they not know who I was. Wonderful people, Jus sayin. I'm thinking 50 years of trust for me.

    I am aggravated at this bank. Because I had someone scam me, they closed my accounts but opened a market account which is fine, but now they will not give me a debit card, saying it is to protect them. Well, I NEED that card to get just about anything not to mention I have to go to the bank several times to get cash to buy anything. I will be looking into another bank, The manager Taylor acted noncustomer service like, and said, "ok" like it was no big deal. I shouldn't have to get a Visa card that costs again to let's say order Hulu or Roku on my tv. They all want debit cards. If you go to a Motel or a Hotel out of town, they want a debit card.Not happy with this bank at all. What gives them the right to take my card. And not issue me another one? I put good money in that bank, and they tell me i don't get another debit card? Never in my life have I delt with a bank like that, and they are taking my rights away. The manager isn't customer service friendly at all.
