Terrible service, plastic on rugs, no one as we came to front desk. Breakfast terrible, cold eggs no potatoes closed and asked to make final call at 9:00 am one remote for 2 tvs called and said wait until morning we will try to find one. Never again

DO NOT STAY HERE! I promise it is not worth it. I spent less than 12 hours and had to check out! I woke up to a BEDBUG on my pillow. The front desk didn't seem surprised or concerned. Besides the bedbug, the room was disgusting. Save your money and don't even consider staying here! I don't know how Hilton has their name associated with this hotel. Rooms: Dirty, dirty, dirty.

This Doubletree is a Terrible choice! Do not stay here or you might get bed bugs, or leave with a respiratory infection. I threw an event at this hotel in 2023. A lot of my patrons went home ill and overcharged. I personally had a hold for over 3 weeks. The ballroom has mildew and mold trapped in the ceiling and it literally rained in the ballroom during my event. I worked with the hotel owner and front desk and they showed very little acknowledgment regarding the hotels lack of cleanliness. I was informed the hotel would be renovated however some of the rooms were but everything else remained the same. I began planning another event and my patrons put down a deposit. After attending an event there I was informed that many of the guests could not have the rooms they booked due to bedbugs. Many of the people I personally knew went home with infections yet again from the mold. I urged my guests to cancel and the hotel fought to keep all of the deposits in a last ditch effort to make money they started fully charging my patrons for their 3-4 night stays even though they were cancelling 2 months in advance. One patron was charged over $1600. The hotels response? They blocked the ability to have the banks refund the monies. This hotel is a scam. Corporate is not going to help. If you stay here you will regret it in one way or another.

This hotel is horrible ! I left my daughter water basket in my room while we were gone. When I came back to my room the stuffed animals were on the table and all her Easter eggs had been opened and items from the eggs were missing !! I told management and they said they would look into it. I came back to the desk after this conversation and the man did nothing ! He didnt apologize or anything!! If I could put -5 stars I would. Dont waste your money !!! They are thieves that work here and management did nothing !! Also my room was missing the lock for the door so I couldnt protect myself.
