This place is horrible!! All their money is spent on the lobby, bar and public restrooms. When I got to my room, it was dirty. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. When showering, the water was Luke-warm and ice water streamed onto me from a vent above the shower. The microwave smoked when I tried to use it and there were holes in the curtains. Ridiculous!!!

Dirty. Poor service Food & drinks: Food was over cooked. Drinks were warm and not made correctly.

Rooms: Hilton needs to send corporate in for an audit of this property and rooms. As a diamond member we were extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the washroom and overall cleanliness.

I travel for work and have 110 nights in Hilton hotels already this year. So I feel confident in saying this may be the worst Doubletree in the world. Where do I start? There was no shower curtain. The water pressure was a drizzle. Lots of mold and everything was dirty. There was even trash stashed under the bed. The smoke detector was missing which made sense when I found it chirping under the mattress. I know hotel beds as much as I know my own and I know for sure those sheets were not clean. The pull out couch was completely collapsed and smelled like urine. I went for breakfast where nobody came to take my order and when I went to go order, the server replied Ill ask if they want to cook. Then the $15 omelette was smaller than my palm and didnt even have the right fillings. Hilton needs to shut this location down. If I hadnt arrived at midnight I wouldve told my employer I refuse to stay here. If I was with my family theres no way I would subject them to staying here. Its hard to see but the air filter was disgusting.
