        Doesn't seem to be that the hotel values your business I'm one of those bread and butter customers but yet they want to disrespect me and not give me my rewards or even put my rewards number on there so I can get my stay count Typical room somewhat clean floors have a weird feeling to them Standard TV package nothing special room was extremely cold when I went into it you'd think that they would leave some heat or air conditioning on looks like they do the basic amenities half a roll of toilet paper half a box of tissues I would recommend staying somewhere else you can get a better hotel for the same amount of money
