        They basically offer the cheapest living accomodations available by not abiding by the lease agreement. They're slumlords who WILL take you to court if there's so much as a coffee stain on a kitchen counter. Laziest real estate weasels in the game.

        These apartments are great, nice and well maintained. Close to everything in Mason Ohio. They work with you if you need help! The train hardly passes through town. If rent was raised it wasn't by much at all.
