Great community with fabulous staff! The office staff is friendly, accommodating and so very kind - and the maintenance is fast & thorough. Can't recommend Twin Fountains enough!

"I recently moved out of Twin Fountain Apartments, 5678 Water Spring Way, and I have to say, it was an incredibly unsafe environment for my family. Despite being immigrants, we expected a basic sense of security in our own home. Our experience was marred by the unacceptable behavior of our upstairs neighbor, which made us feel like prisoners within our own walls. After only a few months, we had to leave due to an intolerable situation and paid the entire rent for a year. What made matters worse was the complete failure of the property management to address or even acknowledge our concerns. We reached out to them multiple times, hoping for some resolution or support, but to no avail. Their lack of action left us feeling completely helpless and abandoned. We were left with no choice but to shoulder the financial burden of finding a new place to live, all because the management failed to provide a safe and peaceful living environment for their tenants. I want to strongly emphasize to management that every tenant deserves to feel safe and valued in their own home. Property management companies have a responsibility to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. #poormanagement

Hello Everyone, I needed an apartment fast and Belle came to the rescue. She did just amazing job with the tours, the application, and the processing. The staff was also nice to me and made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

I am not yet a tenant, but toured the property today after stopping in unplanned an hour before close. Belle at the front office was so warm and friendly, I felt immediately welcomed. The apartments are very spacious, with nice upgrades, and VERY reasonable priced. Im looking forward to bringing my family back!
