Future Renters Beware: If you're considering renting at The Grandstone Apartments, I'd strongly advise against it. Here's just a few reasons why from a current resident.
1.) Every single one of my neighbors have several small dogs that are constantly barking - morning, noon and night. I feel like I live at a dog kettle. Extremely high pitch!
2.) My upstairs neighbor has the world's heaviest stomp. She actually follows me around my apartment heel stomping over my head. It's powerful enough it shakes the ceiling fixtures and rattles the door hinges.
3.) Loud vibrating bass speakers running at all hours. It's so bad I've had to visit an audiologist for 'ringing in my ears'.
4.) Management's way of approaching every situation is gaslighting you into believing "everything is just fine".
* Please Note: The conditions are unbearable to the point it has forced me to move out while still under lease.

We have lived at Grandstone for over a year and love it. The office staff is amazing and it's a nice and quiet community. Highly recommend Grandstone Apartments.
