Caldera House

If Chuck E Cheese had an apartment complex...... When I first moved here it was pretty nice. But over the years it has went way downhill. Let me start with all of the bad kids. I literally feel like children run this complex. The staff does absolutely NOTHING. Kids are in the main lobby everyday using the "business center" as their own personal iPads. They are literally full every day with kids playing games on them. Not a single parent is there and the staff here just allows it to happen. You know there are actual adults here that may need to use the business center. There should be restrictions put in place here. Next, let me point out that apparently kids here think the hallways are jungle gyms. There is constant running, stomping, and yelling all throughout the day. I work from home and I constantly hear children running and yelling all day. Here's an idea, if kids want to play that's fine, but maybe go outside or stay in your apartment. Next, don't ever try to go to the pool as an adult to try to relax or enjoy the amenities here. In the summer there are tons of kids running, jumping, screaming and playing in the pool. It is ridiculous because the parents there say absolutely nothing and of course the staff is silent here. Why do I pay over 2 grand a month to constantly have to deal with children that aren't mine? There needs to be restrictions on the pool area. Either staff needs to be present at all times to monitor unruly children or no children at all or maybe restricting times that children can be at the pool. Here's an idea, anyone under 18 years old can use the pool between the hours of 10am-3pm, after that it's adults ONLY. You can tell there are people here that are struggling to pay the rent here as they have 10 kids and invite them and all of their friends to the pool to terrorize the area. Take your kids to a public pool if you want them to act crazy and wild. This is a so called "luxury apartment complex" but it's not living up to that title. Until these issues are resolved, I would not recommend living here.

Caldera has hands down been the best apartment Ive had! Its very clean and updated. Caldera has alot of amenities from free Starbucks coffee to the resort style pool. Erin and Hallie are awesome they are always so welcoming and have a big smile on their face! Any problems Ive had with my apartment they have always let the Maintance know and they have seen that its taken care of quickly. Caldera has been an easy place to call home and I look forward to living here for years to come!!

Caldera is everything an apartment should be! Clean community spaces with beautiful & practical living spaces. Thank you to the staff who are always so courteous & responsive!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management is the worst I have ever seen.
